* Camera-ready materials must be received 15 working days prior to issue date.

Mechanical Requirements
* Trim size: 8 ½" x 11" Printing: Offset Paper: White Binding: Perfect bound
* Offset materials: If negatives are furnished, they must be complete, one piece, right reading, emulsion side down. Negatives will be charged to the advertiser. Negatives must be provided for all screens.
* Production charges: Cost of alterations or necessary repairs to printing materials will be charged to the advertiser. All copy to be furnished camera-ready.
Copy and Contract Regulations
Advertisers and Advertising Agencies assume liability for all content of advertisement printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the Publisher. The Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which he feels is not in keeping with the standards of China Business Update publications.
