Conference room rates are valid one (1) day prior to and after the meeting subject to availability. Remember: you need a visa to visit China Reservation Method: Identify yourself as a China Business Update delegate when you make reservation. CBU will be happy to make reservations for you. Please indicate this on the registration form. Reservation cut-off date is May 30, 2000. Thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis. Any reservation not guaranteed by the Hotel will not be held beyond 6:00 pm on the arrival date. Payment Method: Hotel accepts major credit cards. Conference attendees are responsible to pay for their rooms and incidental charges. All charges incurred are to be paid by the individual attendee upon check-out. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a one-night charge. |

Conference Fees Early-bird registration (by May 10)..............$895 Full conference registration..........................$995 Additional registrations from the same company (on the same roorm)..................................................$100 off/each Conference fees cover the attendance of the conference, conference documentation and proceedings, two breakfasts, two luncheons, coffee/tea breaks and cocktail reception. Payment must be received by May 26, 2000. Payment can be made by check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Please make checks payable to China Business Update in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Cancellation policy: Should you unable to attend, a prompt refund will be made to you upon receipt of your written notice (fax acceptable) on or before May 19, 2000. A $195 non-refundable registration fee will be made after that date. Substitutions are acceptable if requests are made on or before May 26, 2000. If, for any reason, CBU decides to cancel this conference, we shall offer you a 100% refund for the conference fees, CBU shall not, however, be held responsible for covering airfares, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. ![]() |
